Refunds/replacements are only applicable for boxes that remain unopened.

Any issues with the package must be reported within 3 business days of the order delivery. No refunds or replacements requests can be made after 3 days

Refunds will be considered solely for damages that occur during transit. To request a refund, please share clear photographs of the box highlighting the damage via email.

Once we receive the details, our team will review and verify the reported issue. After verification, we will contact you via email or phone to proceed with the claim.

For verified claims, refunds or replacements will be processed within 24–48 hours.

Please note that refunds/replacements will only be issued for claims that are successfully verified and deemed authentic after review.
