Refund Policy

Refunds Process
 

  • Refunds/replacements are only applicable for boxes that remain unopened.

  • Any issues with the package must be reported within 3 business days of the order delivery. No refunds or replacements requests can be made after 3 days

  • Refunds will be considered solely for damages that occur during transit. To request a refund, please share clear photographs of the box highlighting the damage via email.

  • Once we receive the details, our team will review and verify the reported issue. After verification, we will contact you via email or phone to proceed with the claim.

  • For verified claims, refunds or replacements will be processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Please note that refunds/replacements will only be issued for claims that are successfully verified and deemed authentic after review.
